ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Free online access to your accounts and free bill payment service:
To sign-up for online banking and bill payment go to the First-Time User Login page.

Read and accept the Online Banking Agreement.

First-Time User Login
On the Login page enter User Code and Password.


User Code: your account number

Password: the same as your Telebanc Personal Identification Number (PIN).
However, if your Telebanc PIN contains alpha characters, you will need to enter the corresponding numerical values on the telephone key pad. For example, if your Telebanc PIN is "Bank" the corresponding numerical PIN is "2265". If you do not have a Telebanc PIN, please contact our   Customer Service.
