eStatements are securely posted in your online banking account. eStatements include all the same information that you receive with a paper statement including your check images (if you currently receive them) and any notices or important information from Armed Forces Bank of California. Any accounts you currently have combined for paper statement purposes will continue to be combined with your eStatement.

eStatements are:

• Secure - eStatements are encrypted and accessed through online banking.
• Convenient - You can view, print or download your eStatements to your computer or a disk any time you want. And, you can have all of your eStatements organized in one central location which makes them easy to retrieve.
• Easy - Just fill out the eStatements Enrollment Form. See below for instructions.
• Fast - Your eStatements will be posted one or two days earlier than you normally receive your paper statement.
• Free - There is no cost to enroll for eStatements service.

Your eStatements will be posted as a PDF (portable document format) file. PDF files require Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5.05 or higher) to view them. Acrobat Reader is installed on most computers, but you can download a copy of the Acrobat Reader software if you need to.

Armed Forces Bank of California always utilizes solid security measures for our online products and services. Our online service also requires that you use a web browser that supports 128-bit encryption, the highest level commercially available. Rest assured that your eStatements information is secure.


How to enroll for eStatements:

To enroll your account(s) for eStatements, login to Online Banking. Click on eStatements Enrollment from the account inquiry screen and follow the steps.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation following account enrollment in eStatements.
