Manage account activity by receiving alerts by e-mail or text message.

Note: Alerts received as text messages on your cell phone may incur a charge from your cellular provider.

Armed Forces Bank of California e.Alerts notify you, via e-mail or text message, of important account activity. The alerts notify you when:

  • Your account balance drops below a level you set
  • A Direct Deposit to your account is pending
To start receiving e.Alerts, simply logon to Online Banking, making sure the "Take Me To" option is set to "Account Summary" in the Account Logon Box.



On the Account Summary page, click "New" next to "e.Alerts" in the Messages section. Then follow the steps to set up each alert.



To set up a text alert, you must type in your cell phone conversion address in the "E-mail Address" box. This box may auto-fill with your e-mail address. If so, simply delete your e-mail address from this box and type your cell phone conversion address, which is your 10-digit cell phone number followed by the "@" symbol and your provider's conversion address.
